R Cherian	Vijay Mallyas views are correct. Taking players like Sunil Joshi who is over the hill is an indication of the manner in which the team was selected. Distributing the largesse among friends and not giving due weightage to youngsters from other parts of the country has done in the Royal Challengers. Definitely Mallya should have been personally involved in selection of the team which is the prerequisite for winning - especially when he had splurged over Rs. 110 million!!
